I offer three tiers of service for a variety of needs; some couples need a lot of help in their planning, and some only need help at specific times during the process. No matter the size of your wedding, I highly recommend hiring a day-of coordinator at the very least. Having someone there (that isn't a family member or friend) to manage your vendors, guests, and last-minute issues is key to having a successful and stress-free wedding.

Allegro Package: Full-Service Planning

Not sure where to begin? Do you both have full-time jobs and are wondering when you'll find the time to do everything? As a full-service planner, it's my job to help you with every step of the process from budgeting, finding vendors, and choosing a color/style scheme, to being there on the day of the wedding to make sure everything runs like clockwork. Planning a wedding is a lot of work, but it can be lots of fun too! It's incredibly helpful to have someone there that can keep you on track and remind you of all the little details that you may overlook otherwise.

Vivace Package: Partial Planning

My partial planner package is for those of you who fall in the middle - you feel like you have most of the planning under control, but would love some dedicated time with a professional for those one or two parts of the process that completely baffle you. With this package I offer 15 hours of consultation, to be used at your discretion! I also give you access to a wonderful planning tool that will act as another guiding hand through the whole process.

Presto Package: Day-of Coordinator

* Venue walk-through 4-6 weeks before event

* Timeline creation and execution

* Pre-event confirmation with all vendors

* On-site coordination of vendors and deliveries

of leftovers at end of evening, distribution of

vendor gratuities, etc.)

* Unlimited vendor referrals

A day-of coordinator is present at all of the important events surrounding your wedding day. I will meet with you a few months before the wedding to get to know you as a couple, discuss how your planning is going, and work out the day-of details. It's my job to make sure the dress rehearsal and wedding day go as smoothly as possible, which involves being the main liaison for the vendors, helping set up and break down (if needed), and generally ensuring that the only thing you two have to worry about is getting married.


Consultation

If you're having a very small wedding or are hiring an on-site wedding planner, I also offer wedding consultations at an hourly rate of $100/hour. If you have questions about any part of the planning process, I'm more than happy to meet with you and help in any way possible!
